The Olney Family

Coby had the pleasure of photographing the Olney family last week on a snow filled day. These are 3 of the cutest girls I have ever seen! Coby met them at their house (good think he has 4 wheel drive!). Here are a few of the faves:

Random snow pictures

We have been very busy this past week helping Santa get all those last minute family pictures together, for Christmas gifts. Things are finally slowing down and I wanted to show you a little winter wonder. As many of you may know we got a nice snowfall last weekend. Coby was able to go out and take some pictures for himself.
Of course, the kids could not contain themselves and just had to go out and play.

The best part about playing in the snow is the cup of hot chocolate afterwards! I highly recommend hot chocolate made with the Flavia!

Brennen with Santa

Yesterday Cameran had a snow day due to the ice, so we decided to make a trip to The Mills mall to see Santa. My dream was to get all three kids picture with Santa, unfortunately that did not happen. Emmy has seen Santa many times from afar, and has even waved at him, but when it came time to actually go up to him she chickened out. Maybe next year!
Brennen had no problem sitting on his lap. Enjoy the season everyone!

Ice Storm

We did not get hit hard with the ice storm over the weekend. So on Sunday we took a drive to Lewis and Clark Community College to get some pictures. The kids were so enthralled at all the ice on the leaves, grass, sculptures, and everything else. It is so great to go out and see things through a child's eye.

Our thoughts go out to all the families who are without power and who have suffered through this storm.

The Callahan's

Last week Coby had the pleasure of photographing the Callahan family. We did Cathy and Shane's wedding back in 2003, they definitely were one of the best couples to work with. They are another couple that we have kept in touch with through the years. It is always great to see a family grow, and in Cathy and Shane's case it has grown with their 2 year old Evan.

Cameran is 9

I can not believe that our baby is 9 years old! Cameran's birthday was yesterday. To celebrate he had a birthday party with a few of his friends on Saturday at the studio. We had caricature artist, Michelle Mayden, draw caricatures of all the kids. We also set up the projector and let the kids play around with photo booth on the Mac. If you have not seen this program, you must check it out! Coby was able to print some of the photo booth pictures out for everyone to take home. All the kids had a great time! Next time you are in, ask to see the Photo Booth, I think it would be great to get a bunch of our crazy pictures framed and hang in the studio!
