Tracy and Dan are Married!

This past Saturday we had a destination wedding in Chicago. If you don't remember, we went downtown Chicago for Tracy and Dan's engagement pics a while back. We had a great time with Tracy & Dan and the whole wedding party on October 27th, and look forward to spending time with them in the future! Their wedding was held in Elmhurst at Mary Queen of Heaven Church, and the reception was held at Victoria Banquets by O'Hare Airport. It was very cool to be able to watch the planes take off right outside the window of the reception! Now, onto some our favorite pics of the day:

We met Tracy at Efthima salon in Elmhurst's City Center and then went on to her parents house where she finished getting ready.
While I was taking pictures of Tracy getting ready, Coby was at the church doing a few pics of the guys.
Dan never goes anywhere without his Oakleys, this is a running joke with the whole family!Tracy reminds me of a model in a bridal magazine.
The flower girl, Becca, stole the show!
After the ceremony we headed out to Busse Woods for a few Fall pics with the gang.
Tracy and Dan's first dance with the Monarch Orchestra. The Orchrastra was great and everyone had a great time, I don't think I every saw the dance floor empty! The wine corks were saved by a lot of their family and friends, and then used to hold place cards at the reception. I thought that was a great idea.
At the end of the night, a picture of Tracy and Dan with the lights of the airport behind them.
Tracy and Dan, Thank You for such a GREAT time! We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Molly & Sumeet are Married!

We have known Molly for quite some time now, she has been in at least 4 weddings as a bridesmaid that we have photographed. We were so excited when she contacted us to let us know she was getting married! Molly and Sumeet had a long day with an Indian ceremony in the morning at Windows On Washington, and an American ceremony in the evening at St Xavier's. Alison from Simply Elegant Events did a great job of coordinating the whole day. Our day started at the Hilton by the Ballpark with Molly getting ready for the Indian ceremony and Sumeet having a special moment with his family.
After the Indian ceremony and everyone was able to eat a little lunch we met back up at the Hilton by the Ballpark so that Molly and Sumeet could get ready for the American ceremony. I was able to get some great pictures of Molly getting her make-up done by Lisa of Looks By Lisa.
Molly's Matron of Honor was one of our past brides, Jessica, whose twin boys I blogged a few weeks ago.
After Molly and Sumeet saw each other and exchanged wedding gifts we all headed over to the Arch Grounds and Forest Park for a few pics.
The wedding party.
The reception was held at Windows On Washington, with a lot of great details.
Instead of a wedding cake they had a Gelato Cart and a candy table!
The band was My Friend Mike. I definetly recommend that you go check them out if you have a chance!
Molly and Sumeet, Thanks for a GREAT time! Hope you had an awesome time in Hawaii!

Pumpkins & Creepy Stuff

This past weekend we did have a wedding, which I will be posting about soon, but we also took some quality family time. First we went to find the perfect pumpkins and gourds at Eckert's in Grafton. Here are a few fav's of the kids:

Then we went to Six Flags for Fright Fest. Emmy was so proud of herself for winning a couple of prizes. I don't have any pictures of Cameran because he was too busy riding all the roller coasters!

Coby had a little fun with some of the creepy creatures around the park. Some of these really scare me!
