Elijah, Isaiah, and Willow

What a great bunch of kids! Elijah and Isaiah are such a big help with Princess Willow and they all get along great. Coby had a great time capturing this sibling love out at Lewis and Clark Community College. Here are just a few faves from their session:

Logan at 1 and a half

I can't tell you how excited I was when I heard Logan was coming in to the studio! This is the first time we have met Logan, but we already know his parents. We did their wedding a few years ago and they were the first couple that we took to Chicago for an engagement session. We had so much fun at their engagement session that we are always looking for more couples who are willing to meet us in the Windy City!
Now on to Logan, who definitely is a mini version of his dad!

I think he is going to grow up very strong, he is already doing push-ups with ease!

Nikki and Kris are engaged

What a great couple! Coby had a lot of fun shooting this engagement session and we are both really looking
forward to their wedding later this month. We absolutely love when couples are willing to try just about anything, and Nikki and Kris were just as willing. They also have the coolest car we have ever seen! Here are a few faves:

Audrey turns 4 months

You may remember Audrey from a few months back. She came in with her cousin Josie. We are always amazed at how fast the babies grow, and of course, Audrey is no exception! She is already showing some great personality! We love when mom and dad can come along too! We are looking forward to seeing them all again real soon.

Courtney & Jesse are married

What a gorgeous day we had for Courtney and Jesse's wedding! We started out at the home of Courtney's parents, which is by far the most beautiful home in the riverbend area. The ceremony was held at the Benjamin Godfrey Memorial Chapel and the reception was just a short walk away on the campus of Lewis and Clark Community College. We had been looking forward to this wedding, and just knew that we were going to have a great time, especially since we had such a great couple to work with and both their families!
Here are just a few faves from the day:

The elegant cake was provided by Duke's Bakery in Alton.
Their first dance song was written and composed by Jesse!
The excellant reception entertainment was provided by the very talented Scott Monahan, "DJ Monty" !
Congratulations Courtney and Jesse, thank you for letting us be a part of your special day.

Thu and Heath are married

This wedding blog is long over do! A beautiful wedding at the Missouri Botanical Gardens in the Japanese Garden. We were lucky enough to have the rain hold off! We started off at the Ritz-Carlton where Thu was getting ready. Then headed over to the Gardens for before pics and the ceremony. After the ceremony and a few pics we went to the Hyatt for a moving Chinese Tea Ceremony. The day concluded at Windows Off Washington for the reception and lots of great dancing.
Here are just a few of our favorite images from the great day:

These fabulous shoes were a gift from the
head designer for Bebe! Thu had an identical pink pair to match her Chinese dress she wore to the reception.

I absolutely loved the lanterns hanging from the trees!
The gorgeous flowers by Artistry.
Rumor has it that the programs were done by Heath, he did a great job!
The delicious cake by Truffes.
Heath and Thu right before they entered the reception. Thu is in the pink gown that her mom made, complete with matching Bebe shoes.
Thu and Heath wowed the guests with a Tango for there first dance!
Thu and Heath, Thank you for letting us be a part of your special day! Congratulations.

Allison and Patrick are married!

What a great time we had over the Memorial Day weekend. Saturday's wedding was at the Lake of the Ozarks in the gorgeous home of Allison's dad. The weather was perfect and the views were spectacular! The food was also great from Ozark Bar-B-Que! It was a nice intimate wedding and we really felt like we were among friends. A great time was had by all as you can see in the pics.

Allison and Pat had cupcakes brought in from The Cakery in St Louis, they were simply delicious!
I told you the views were spectacular!
The flowers were provided by At The Lake Flowers, they were simply gorgeous!
The house across the cove was launching water balloons at us with a giant sling shot, everyone was cheering them on!
This one made it, landed right in the pool.
So a few of the guys decided to go get their own ammunition, and launched a counter attack!
"Painting with Light"
I know I usually end with a painting with light image, but this image seemed more appropriate. Allison did a great rendition of "Baby Got Back"!
Allison and Pat, Thank you so much for letting us be a part of your day!

Courtney & Jesse Engagements

What a fun engagement session with a great couple! Coby took Courtney and Jesse to some great places around Alton, I wasn't even sure some of these shots were taken in the Alton area! The last few shots were taken at Courtney's parents place, which has some of the most amazing landscaping I have ever seen!
We are looking forward to their wedding next month!

Heinz Family

What a fun session at Lewis and Clark Community College with the whole Heinz family. After one reschedule due to bad weather, Coby was able to meet everyone out at the college on a beautiful day.
Here are a few faves from their day:

Cole 6 month

It is hard to believe that Cole is already 6 months and already full of personality! We are always so glad to see our wedding clients again, especially when their families are growing! We look forward to seeing Cole again soon, and the rest of the family! Here are a few faves from Cole's 6 month session:

Bella's 1st Birthday Party

Little Bella just turned 1! We have known Bella's parents for many years now, and we have documented Bella's first year of life in pictures. We were very excited when we were invited to Bella's first birthday party. It was a gorgeous day for a pary, and I do believe Bella had a great time.

Heather and Ryan's Engagement

We have been looking forward to Heather and Ryan's engagement session for quite some time. We started at Laclede's Landing at Sundecker's. This is where the two met after a Ram's game. When I asked them if there was any other locations they wanted to go to, and they were up for anything, you know I had to take them to our favorite spot!
We had a great time with Heather and Ryan, and we are so glad that they didn't mind getting a little wet in the rain!
