Nicole and Dave get married this November in St Louis. Coby took them to Lacledes Landing to try something different with their engagement session. I think the images turned out great! As usual, we are looking forward to their wedding!
Jack is Rebecca and Joe's nephew. Jack's parents, Jennifer and John, live in Maine, but we asked them to bring Jack in before they left. We did their wedding back in 2004. We just could not resist taking pictures of this cutie!!!
We have been looking forward to this wedding for such a long time! We met Rebecca a few years ago when we did her dad's wedding, and then when we did her twin sister Jennifer's wedding. We fell in love with the whole family! Rebecca and Joe were married at Little Flower Catholic Church, the reception was at The Missouri History Musuem. We just missed the opening of unCommon Threads an exhibit about Missouri wedding gowns, it opens this weekend. The most unique aspect of Rebecca's wedding is that she made her wedding dress! Here are a few of our favorite images from their day: The Bridal Party:
The next engagement session for the week was Donna and Jeff. We did Jeff's sister's wedding a while back. Donna and Jeff get married this October in Hardin. Looking forward to their wedding in the fall with all the fall colors!
We had a couple of engagements this week. Brittany and Josh get married later this month in Jerseyville. Coby met them in Forest Park to do their engagements, great time, great couple!
We have been looking forward to Kristina and Brad's wedding for quite some time. We had so much fun at their engagement session in Chicago, that we just knew the wedding would also be great. The ceremony was held at Evangelical United Church of Christ in Godfrey and the reception was at The Commons on the Lewis and Clark Community College Campus. I have to start with a couple of our favorite engagement images:
Following are a few of our favorite images from the wedding day: The shoes were a great find since they went perfectly with Kristina's earrings and her something borrowed, her grandmother's ring.
Finally, just a few images of Kristina and Brad to show how easy it was to work with them. They were so into each other that I don't even think they were aware that we were taking their picture most of the time.
We are Coby and Diane Maxeiner of CMAX Photography. We started our studio in 1999 as a husband and wife team photographing weddings across the country. We truely enjoy our art and want to be able to share some of it with you on our new blog!
